This is my favorite Chicken Tortilla Soup recipe that I have tried! I always add a can of black beans, and sometimes 1 can of corn. I like to slice a few carb balance tortillas into thin strips, and toast them in the oven for toppers! I use a can of Rotel, and leave out a lot of the peppers so that it isn't too warm for the kids.

What do you spend on gas??

We knew we were spending a lot on gas, we figured $600-800 a month.....boy were we ever wrong!!!! We decided to start REALLY keeping up with what we were spending on gas in the suburban.....over $1300 a month!!! If you aren't sure exactly how much you are spending, it's worth keeping track for a month, or even just an average week...you may be surprised!!! We realized we could buy a brand new mid-sized SUV that would cut our gas mileage in half, allowing us to pay for the new car, keep the suburban, and maybe even save a hundred or so!! At least we have a new car to show for all of that money we are spending each month!!!!!

Twitter and Facebook and Blogger, OH MY!!!

I decided to dedicate the better part of my Saturday to giving my "virtual" Real Estate career a "jump start".....little did I know, it would take FAR more than just a lazy Saturday afternoon!!

WOW, is about all I can say! I have a facebook page, I that tweet is no longer just the sound of little birds, and I can even set up automated emails....so, I thought I was pretty tech-savvy an "in-the-know" when it came to marketing myself via the world wide web....... NOT!!!! Little did I know, since I started my career as a Realtor in 2004, the world has been moving at an exponential pace compared to that of myself!!

Not a problem!!! I am a fighter, and this is a battle that I will not loose!! Give me a few days and I will be tweeting with the best of them!!! So, stay tuned, and keep an eye out for my smiling face and witty commentary on a website near you!!
